Hercules Capital Group

Hercules Capital Group was founded in 2005. Hercules Capital, originally Hercules Realty, was a residential and commercial brokerage business. Over the years, Hercules has expanded its services to cater to larger groups such as institutional clients, hedge funds and banks worldwide.

Hercules has also invested into projects along the way to add to our own portfolio. We attribute our growth and success to our team and partnerships that have been cultivated since our inception. We like to think of our group as a perfect blend between real estate and finance.

Some of our Milestones

2005

Hercules launches Residential and Commercial Brokerage.

2010

Hercules launches Hospitality investment division. Today, the portfolio includes several 4-5 star hotels and restaurants in the Miami, Florida marketplace.

2011

Hercules launches our Development division which helps finance and develop several properties including mixed use properties, Residential condominiums and Industrial properties.

2013

Hercules launches our Net lease division. This division is focused on “off market” sale and leaseback transactions. To date, Hercules has successfully sourced and structured over USD5.5 billion in transactions worldwide.

2014

Hercules Realty Group was rebranded to Hercules Capital Group. The name would allow Hercules to cover the various services and divisions.

Build-to-Suit Financing

We help arrange, source and structure build-to-suit financings for corporations and family offices that are looking to expand their office, industrial or distribution footprint into existing or new markets.

Debt and Equity Financing

Raise debt and equity capital for certain types of specialty real estate development projects including single-asset joint ventures, preferred equity placements and discretionary capital funds.

Consultation/Advisory Services

Our services include but are not limited to: property valuation, debt and equity placements, Loan vs. Property sale analysis and portfolio sizing, foreign investment consultation and 1031 Exchange Investment strategies.

Secure and Structure traditional asset backed financing using either traditional mortgage debt and/or equipment as collateral.
